Confectionery Conditioning Agent


Summary


    When mixed into your candy at the end of the cooking process, CONFECTO NO-STICK'S
  • Acts to minimize the negative effects of humid and hot conditions.
  • Effectively works to reduce stickiness in your finished product.
  • Extends product shelf life by absorbing moisture which leads to product degradation.
    CONFECTO NO-STICK'S™ is a unique blend of partially hydrogenated vegetable oils and mono-diglycerides.


Application


    CONFECTO NO-STICK'S™ should be mixed into the candy at the end of the cooking cycle, either in the kettle or on the cooling table along with the color and flavoring.



Usage Levels


    Usage levels will vary based upon the type of product being manufactured and the climate (i.e. temperature and humidity).

    A recommended starting point is 1 ounce of CONFECTO NO-STICK'S™ per 100 pounds of candy. Most customers use 3 to 5 ounces per batch.
