Allergen Free Anti-sticking Lubricants and Food Release Agents

The Food Allergen Labeling and Consumer Protection Act of 2004 (Title II of Public Law 108-282) which went into effect January 1, 2006 will require all products that contain soy lecithin at any level , including when used in a processing aid, to have "soy" listed on the label of the finished product. We have a full line of products produced with non-soy lecithins.
