Release / Anti-Stick Lubricants for Meat and Poultry Processing


Summary


    EEZ-OUT™ products are a unique family of food grade lubricants that are specifically designed to prevent meat and poultry products from sticking during manufacturing and further processing. All EEZ-OUT™ products are acceptable for use in USDA inspected meat and poultry facilities!

    EEZ-OUT™ lubricants are currently available in several unique formulations:
  • EEZ-OUT™ NET LUBRICANTS™ (for netting applications with high protein levels).
  • EEZ-OUT™ LIQUID THIN FORMULATION (for netting applications with low protein levels).
  • EEZ-OUT™ LIQUID REGULAR FORMULATION (for racks and screens).
  • EEZ-OUT™ PASTE (for molds).


Application


    Apply thin films of EEZ-OUT™ to netting, racks, screens, molds, conveyors, cutting equipment, plastic liners, trays, cans, etc. prior to the cooking or smoking of your processed meat or poultry products to provide quick and easy release without sticking and/or breaking.

    EEZ-OUT™ can be applied by hand, brush, spraying, or dipping (for netting applications).
