Portion Control Food Color Concentrates
Summary
COLOR WAFERS™ are individual, pre-measured,
pancake shaped slabs of food color concentrate that are packed in individual
wax paper pouches. When removed from the pouch, each
COLOR WAFER™
is designed to color a full batch of candy or food quickly and easily,
without the operator ever having to touch the WAFER itself.
The
WAFERS™ are manufactured by thoroughly
dispersing FD&C Dyes and/or Aluminum Lakes into a unique blend of
FDA approved ingredients which are then formed into WAFERS of a specified
uniform weight.

Packaging
COLOR WAFERS™ are
custom manufactured to your specifications
and can be produced in a wide variety of colors and sizes. Each wafer
is inserted into a wax paper pouch which is folded over to keep the
WAFER free of contamination. Depending on the size of the WAFER, between
twenty and forty
COLOR WAFERS™ are packed in labeled corrugated
boxes, which are then packed into larger cartons for shipping.
