Allergen Free ProductsThe Food Allergen Labeling and Consumer Protection Act of 2004 (Title II of Public Law 108-282) which went into effect January 1, 2006, will require all products that contain soy lecithin at any level, including when used in a processing aid, to have "soy" listed on the label of the finished product. Recognizing a need for release agents that do not contain soy lecithin, International Foodcraft developed its line of "Non-Soy Lecithin" Release and Anti-Stick Agents. These "NSL" Release Agents are available in a variety of formulations and formats including liquids, pastes and rubs. Virtually any of our standard release agents can be converted into a "NSL" formulation.
